Ryan brings over a decade of TA experience across varying industries (tech, hardware, IT consulting). While Ryan’s career began with C-level Executive retained search at Daversa Partners, she has hired hundreds of individuals across a wide range of roles from Individual Contributors through Director Level at Google, Affinity IT Consulting, and META (Facebook). Most recently, Ryan has spent the last 5 years supporting Meta’s North America Mobile Recruiting team, leveraging recruiting best practices experience and KPIs to build high performing recruiting teams that continuously exceed their hiring goals. Ryan’s strengths include not only attracting and hiring diverse talent in the most competitive hiring market, but also implementing white glove recruiting practices and top tier interview processes for global organizations.

Erik began his Talent Acquisition with the recruiting agency, Aerotek in 2009 where he would spend the next 7 years building a world class recruiting team and achieving multiple President Club awards. Erik’s transition to in-house Talent Acquisition came in 2017 when he joined Wayfair’s Operations Leadership Recruiting team, scaling the International Supply Chain team from 10 to 250+ which included several key leadership hires and building out their first APAC office in Hong Kong. Upon joining META (Facebook) in 2019 Erik would support the Mobile Recruiting team, leveraging data to drive high impact initiatives and consistent YoY increase in KPIs. Highlights include a complete restructuring of the Mobile recruiting team, optimization of hiring practices and leading a high performing recruiting team.
